IZZO reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Product Information & Availability

We take every effort to accurately display product colours, weaves, fits, and dimensions. However, slight variations in shade may occur due to photographic studio lighting and individual monitor calibrations.

Our collections are produced in limited small batches. Items placed in your cart are not reserved until full checkout and order confirmation are completed.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel, adjust, or limit orders in instances of suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, or fabric stock exhaustion.
• Payments are processed through encrypted, authenticated payment gateways. You verify that the payment instrument used belongs to you or you are authorised to use it.

4. Shipping, Exchanges & Custom Orders

• Standard Shipping: Free across India (3–5 business days post-dispatch).
• Express Shipping (Mumbai): Flat ₹150 priority delivery.
• Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery with a flat ₹99 processing fee. We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Made-to-measure and customized pieces are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including the IZZO brand name, logo, visual media, garments, lookbooks, illustrations, text, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of IZZO. Reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website or its infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting unauthorized access to our administrative databases or servers.
• Injecting harmful software, scripts, bots, or scrapers.
• Conducting fraudulent transactions or impersonating others.

7. Limitation of Liability

IZZO shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or products, subject to limitations governed by Indian consumer protection laws.
